  A Membership of 5 Stars Medical Club is required if you would like to have a consultation in CLINIC 9ru.

• Q Can a foreigner have a consultation ?
  A Yes, the clients can have service in English, Chinese and Korean.

  A Yes, we accept cash and credit cards.

  A The clients can use the parking lot of The Peninsula Tokyo. The clients of CLINIC 9ru can receive parking fee discount.

  A Members who are 15 years of age or older can have consultation.

  A Except 9ru Prevention Dock that is going to open in Autumn 2021, we will increase partner facilities in the future.
• Q Is it possibe to have treatment without facing others?
  A Yes, please indicate your request while making an appointment.
